How to use the webcam on Facebook?

Not for calling... For uploading pictures and stuff... Facebook had that feature for me, but all of the sudden, it disappeared as if I didn't have a webcam .___. Help?

They discontinued the take picture with a webcam feature. But you can still do it on the Rounds app - http://apps.facebook.com/chatrounds/conv...bannerid=0 - it lets you take a picture (and has cool effects too if you want them) and then post directly to your timeline or a Facebook album.
