Facebook Question..................?
How can you tell if you have been blocked from sending a friend request or sending messages? It was never like this before, and now when I send a friend request, I dont get any replies anymore. Has facebook blocked me from sending friend requests??? When will this be fixed??? And I only send a friend request if I know the person well, and I asked some of them if they recieved my request, they would say no.

Facebook changes it's privacy all the time and it will most likely end up changing settings without them knowing.

If you click "Add Friend" and it comes through with a pop-up saying 'Friend Request Sent' it's all good on your end.

They may not get the +1 notification they will have to click the request section on the top where it normally would be (little icon of 2 people cascading together) and click "See All Requests" and it will appear there..

Same with messages you will send them one it will go through but they have to click messages then click the "Other" link to see the message.

Most likely your messages and requests are there just they need to navigate their themselves as they have without knowing had their notifications disabled where it won't pop-up asking to accept you unless you are like in the same Facebook Education group or something.

Blocking allows you to prevent many interactions with someone on Facebook, but you may still encounter content they’ve shared.

Here’s what you might see:
Messages: Your message history with someone you’ve blocked will stay in your inbox. If the blocked person is ever included in a conversation with a group of friends, you’ll be able to see the message. Remember, you can leave a conversation that you don’t want to be part of, or delete a conversation that you don’t like.

Mutual friend stories: There’s a chance that you'll see stories about the blocked person through mutual friends. For example, if the blocked person tags a mutual friend in a photo, you might see this story on your friend’s timeline.

Photos: You might see photos or tags of the blocked person added by other people.

Groups: Someone you’ve blocked won’t be able to add you to a group, but you’ll be able to see groups that the blocked person created or is a member of.

Events: Someone you’ve blocked won’t be able to invite you to an event, but you’ll be able to see events to which both you and the blocked person are invited.

Games and apps: Since games and apps are run by outside developers, the Facebook block won't apply to them. So you could see someone you blocked while you're playing a game (for example, in the game's chat room).
