Do third party app servers leave cookies on my machine when I use Facebook?
And what about ad networks -- do they leave cookies when I'm on FB pages?

This happens in general although I cannot surely answer whether it happens or Facebook or not, but must probably it does happen.

You should download CCleaner, it is free, that's what I have in order to efficiently clean my laptop from cookies, it is going to save a lot of space also.
