Can someone assist me with a Facebook/Blackberry phone related question?

I met a girl on a night out and she added me on facebook, however the service was terrible and on my blackberry phone the request was simply put as "failed". I have her name and tried to locate her on facebook on my laptop later but to no avail.

Is there anyway at all I can retrieve the facebook friend request sent by her from my phone ? I tried checking my friend requests on my laptop too but she's not popped up but she definitely added me when I checked my phone
Any ideas?

It means that her request has ended up in oblivion because the request failed.

That has been proved by you checking on a computer/laptop.
