Twitter a good idea for a B2B company?

We have started up a new B2B business which sells cereal bars and are looking to venture into the big supermarkets. How would using twitter help us? Is it worth implementing the technology and what impact on stakeholder groups will it have? Im trying to justify it with a theoretical framework…tweet or not to tweet that is the question!!!

Any advice would be great!!!
