How to ask this girl out help please?

Okay this girl I met on this church trip a couple years ago when I was a sophomore (now I'm a junior) and I talked to her a good bit and also she was bit shy but I got her to open up a little but back to the point I haven't seen this girl in while and I recently followed her on twitter and he followed me back and she always tweets about "anyone want to hang out I'm free this weekend " and I really want to get back in touch with her but idk how to put this into simple words but asking her to hang out with out makin akward? I really don't know what to say when she tweets about something like that because I really want to say something and btw I lost her number a Long time ago

Start simple, favorite and retweet some of hers so she knows your around. Then if she tweets about being free try replying to it, it could be meant towards you.! You could say something like I'm free on sat, if you wanna get lunch and cach up? Or something like that. Then if she replys back which I'm sure she will message her and tell her to text you or call you. Then it's up to her good luck!
