Which Phone companies have the HTC one S or one X?

also, for my plan i want Unlimited social networking but all the add ons are called the Blackberry social add on for bell,telus,etc. , BUT i want an android. never getting a BB again.
could i still get that social networking add on even though its meant for blackberrys and the bundle is called the BB SOCIAL?.....
I know this does sound like a stupid question. but i would rather sound stupid on the internet then in person to the person who works at the store... $

if i cant get those , would 500mb be just right, for daily social networking? i dont want pay any extra, at all. i would only go on twitter and download apps.
