Are libertarians idiots?

The Triple Nine Society, which only allows members who have an IQ higher than 99.9% of the general public, released results of a survey answered by their members. The results? Ultra free market libertarian. They were against Government healthcare or business interference in the same way they were against drug war, gun control, and the War in Iraq. They advocated legalizing gay marriage, ALL drugs, an opt-out for Social Security, and to make Affirmative Action illegal. Although still the minority, a much larger than the general public support limiting the Federal Reserve or abolishing it. They also supported using the death penalty more often.

No I am a libetarian america needs to make up their mind about things either go to free market or go to semi free market which would mean using taxation and only giving government benefits to the disabled I would strongly support that. We should get rid of these dumb gun laws too sorry but we can only afford to take care of so many people. We should not have government healthcare. We should get rid of using the death penalty and get rid of the federal government that would move our country foward. We should have never have gone into iraq.

It doesn't sound like they are libertarians based on the issues that you laid out.

A libertarian believes that all powers that are relegated to the states that are not found in the constitution.

So, the constitution doesn't say a thing about marriage, drugs and social security. So you now know the libertarian opinion on those issues being that the power to regulate such things does not exist.

If your definition of idiot is someone with a low IQ, then there are probably people with low IQ's in the Libertarian party as they do not discriminate against anyone. People with high IQ's are also probably represented in the Libertarian party. The same can be said for all political parties.
