When I hover over my facebook search bar why does it say shared with friends of friends?
I just noticed today that when I hover my mouse over the search bar on facebook it says shared with friends of scott, shared with friends of david and shared with friends of jane (just 3 friends) what does this mean?

Are you sure you aren't getting one part of Facebook confused with another. The search bar doesn't say anything like that. Only the Inline Audience Indicator does.

Friends of Friends: Means their/your Friends and friends of their/your Friends.

Friends of Scott: Means only Scott's Friends.

Friends of David: Means only David's Friends.

Friends of Jane: Means only Jane's Friends.

It just means that only certain people can see the posts.
