Do people really find that this helps with their grieving?
Talking to dead people as though these dead people can actually hear them (not saying they can’t) this may be in the form of talking about the person on social media or going to their grave and talking to their headstone. Does this sort of thing actually help these people cope with their loss?

It would be a type of therapy that helps them understand and go through the stages of grief.
