Why would they raid my apartment without evidence to get evidence 11 days after I moved in?
Also they found nothing well over a year ago and since then I moved, but the apartment before that I was there 5 years so it was not like anything was secret.

They found nothing and now my attorney is resorting to writing letters just to get them to try and talk?

My attorney even went to the detective and he wont talk. So say we go on two years should I consult another attorney? Why haven't I been taken to jail or charged with anything? Why is there no evidence if I know I wasn't doing anything. Do you think there afraid to be sued? The two people who gave them a tip I had a fight with and they where threatening me over facebook and in person while I stayed out of there way. I was broken into and internet hacked by a neighbor. All around the same time. My only crime on file is felony for running from police in my sports car, not related to any major crime.

Where do we go from here?
The crimes they where investigating go back to before I was a teenager that is part why they didn't arrest me. The tips they got where from people ready to talk in my old town who did not really know me or like me. I am 5 years into college, I don't do anything but martial ats. I could be a monk who knows I don't what is going on but in my old town I was harassed by police and had proof because I wrote dates, times and places stopped. They also pulled a file of me getting pulled over every couple weeks.
Somebody help I am about ready to file a lawsuit once I get written confirmation I didnt do anything. Since he told my attorny over the phone only.
They had a search warrent but is was based on tips from people I did not know very well at the college.

first of all they had to have a search warrant that said what exactly they were searching for. If they did not have such a warrant they should be sued. You need to speak with another attorney.

I'd fire that lawyer, unless you have lots of money to tinkle away.

If you have a case against the cops, drop it. It is considered going to peace with your brother, but if you cannot forgive them, then you will be messing with this insanity for a long time to come.

try to focus your thoughts by putting them in writing before calling, if you bother to call

best wishes

Let sleeping dogs lie.

I cannot see any advantage at all in your investigating this any further. If any criminal
activity had been detected, you would have been charged.

Leave it alone.

Move on.
