Ordered takeaway from Just-Eat.com and never turned up?

Ordered takeaway from Just-Eat.com and never turned up?
I order at around 3.00 AM, it's now 05.15 AM and it has not yet turned up. I googled the number for the takeaway I ordered from however there was no answer when I rang. I paid by card so 12.50 has been taken from my bank account however I haven't revived the food I ordered.
Is there a number I can ring at this time? As you can imagine, I am angry at the cheek of just-eat/the takeaway I ordered from for taking my money yet not turning up.
There is quite heavy snow in the city I live, however there has been no contact whatsoever informing me that the takeaway has been cancelled and the money has been taken off my card.
What should I do?

phone the shop speak to the manager explaine the situation that should create a satisfactory outcome if not boycott the take away and tell your friends to do the same

Hello,

I am very sorry to hear that your meal did not arrive. I would like to explain the way our system works. When an order is placed online it is sent directly to the takeaway on a device which we provide for them. The takeaway must either manually accept/reject the order. If the order is rejected or we receive no response it will flag up on our system. We will then contact the takeaway to manually phone the order through or turn around the order.

However, if the order is accepted then it will be considered a completed order and we will not be aware of any changes to the status of the order unless we are informed other wise. I would need to look into this further to find out what exactly happened

In future if you do need to contact the takeaway or JUST EAT then the takeaways telephone number can be located on your confirmation email. Also if you check your order history on your JUST EAT account you will be able to find the details of your most recent order along with the takeaways telephone number. Our customer care team close at 2am, we also have a free live chat service on our website where queries can be dealt with on the spot.
