When you say "cheap and reliable", if you want to look for really reliable ones, don't look for ones below $4/month (if you pay yearly). Most of glittering deals you'll see everywhere will promise the earth for lesser than that. But of course the service they provide is quite bad, to be frank.

I use http://www.wordpress.com it is freebut if you get so much storage you pay a small fee. I have lots of info on mine and so far it is still free.
