Anyone who is really good with Twitter?
If you message (tweet) someone on twitter because you're following them, will they not receive your message if they are not following you? Sorry if this sounds confusing.

They will see/receive the message you sent,but if they don't follow back,your updates will not show up in their timeline,that's all.
