MacBook sign in problems?
So I was trying to update my old iPod, which required me to update iTunes, which required me to restart my Mac Pro, which logged me out of my account. Funny thing is, I haven't logged out of my user account for about two years, so I conveniently forgot my password. But hey! I have my iPod! I google how to reset apple password, it takes to to the apple support center, I give my email address and answer my security question, and get what I presume is my new password. I restart my computer, it asks me for my password, and I give the new one I just got off my iPod. Doesn't work. I've tried every variation of my "old password" and new, to no avail. Does anyone know how I can do this? It's not the password to get into iTunes or whatever, it's the one there you see the nebula in the background and it has your username and icon and says "so-and-so's Mac." Is it a thing I can get off Apple support? Thaaaaaanksssss Smile)))))
