My ex boyfriend is giving me mixed signals and I already have a boyfriend please help?

Last summer I dated a boy who was long distance and lives an hour and a half away from me. He turned out to be a player and we were dating but he changed his status on Facebook and my friend saw it and told me what happened so I asked when he was planning on telling me and he said he didn't mean it and I said that's a bunch of crap and I broke the relationship up. Last October I had broke up with a different guy and started a relationship with the guy I'm currently with. Around New Years he has been blowing up my yahoo mailbox with Facebook notifications that talk about this girlfriend he's got. He asked for my number and asked if I had Verizon and I said no I can't this is wrong I can't be texting other guys when I'm dating someone different than you and he asked why is it because I love Lori? And I said said this has nothing to do with either of you I just have tons going on and really I'm happy for you guys its just that I've got issues that need resolving right now and I have to do it alone. And then he starts caring and I saw what he sent me in my inbox and I don't know if I should console in him since we were friends or ignore him since he was a jerk when he was talking to me. Please help me I'm so stuck on what to do!
