Can others see my internet activity on Facebook?

Sometimes I see on Facebook "so-and-so has just read an article" and then it posts the name of the article. I was wondering how that showed up on Facebook. Can my Facebook friends see what I search on the internet? Can they see what websites I visit?

No, the thing you mentioned about reading an article is a news app that is available on Facebook, and just so happens to have a social plug-in. The only websites that will show up on Facebook (with your consent) are:

Netflix
Spotify
News (Guardian, The Independent etc...)
Sound Cloud
Rotten Tomatoes

Those are the main apps that shares your activity, other than that, feel free to go on anything you want

No they can most certainly not! Also if you are looking to improve your facebook fan page and you could do with some more real fans then you could do what i have done and get some new people to talk to on there! Ill put a link in the bottem for anyone who is interested
