How to use twitter to predict the stock market?

Hello,
I just read online that you can use twitter to predict the stock market. I was wondering if I can do the same and how to do it.
I don't need explanations on how the researchers did what they did but I want to know how I can use twitter to do this.

lots of spam on twitter....although it may be good for daytraders...but I don't day trade.

IF i wanted to try Twitter for stock picks for intra day plays.....I would get a twitter account and follow tweets that relate to such stock plays....at the same time I would have my software ready to see how good this person was at alerting people to opportunity. Then once I established who was good and you was not then I would create a friends list so I could get automatic tweets and do my thing.

But I don't day-trade....too much work

You will need to search for companies or stock market gurus who post stock market information on Twitter. You can just follow them and make money using they stock market. You will get insider information on stock predictions.
