Can someone help me with my Twitter account?

I just made my twitter account, and I went and followed alot of people but everytime I go to my profile it says that im only following 1 person. Or sometimes it will say im following 0, then 3 then 0 again. I dont understand this and I dont know how to fix this. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, i've turned my phone off and back on. Also, it says forbidden sometimes when I click follow? I asked my friend to accept my request to follow her because it still said pending but then it would just have the option to follow her again and it will not let me. Please tell me how to resolve this, I am getting very impatient.

You Cant Fix this Thats a Error With Twitter Please Contact Twitter at the Help Center and Open Up A Support Ticket And Tell them Whats Going on and They will Fix it
