Why not the 91% it was under Eisenhower? And there you don't have to try to use the name of a continent as the reason you despise things.

Europe IS a good region to emulate. They have longer life expectancy and a high standard of living.
The UK has lower unemployment and higher wages. They also spend much less on health care (they just pay it to the government rather than private companies). Ads |
