My facebook post at 7:47pm: I've done all that I can do. The Dean is going to call the director at XXX to put in a good word for me. I told XXX they were my #1 choice in a letter that I spent 2 days editing and re-editing to make it just right. I tried my best on my interview there, and I've worked hard all through medical school so I could land a good residency. My grades aren't perfect, and I rambled a little bit during my interview. But, I've worked as hard as I possibly could've. Now, it's time to put my faith in God, and hope for the best. I'll find out where I'm going for the next 3 years of my life on March 15th at Noon.

My notification "Message from God" facebook app pops up at 7:54pm. I say a prayer to God that I could really use some sort of sign right now: It says, "God wants you to know that you weren't created to be a failure. Sure some things may not have worked out and there have been some disappointments. But all these things helped guide you in a direction that was meant for you. Your life has purpose and significance. Try to be patient if it isn't all crystal clear just yet. For now, just know that you weren't created to fail."

A coincidence or did God just work through a facebook app?

Honestly, there are no such things as Coincidences. If two evens are seemingly related and occur one after the other chances are that they are related and should be treated as such. God works in mysterious ways so its not a ridiculous notion to believe that he worked through a facebook app.

Did you know that Facebook is a proper name of an US company and proper names in English are capitalized? For the most part I can offer you my opinion that someone is tagged to your account and sent you a message of comfort and encouragement. Upon examination of data I am quite sure that humans have invented the concept of a god, or a higher being, some where in our evolution. You may wish to believe what you may wish to believe.
