How does Facebook earn money?

There is no advertismeny in Facebook! And it is free to register.

So how do they earn that much money?

if you look at the side there are ALOT of adverts e.g for the games and cartoon urself and stuff they have to pay to be there

1. There are ads on FB - even political ads.

2. FB also earns by "FB-enhanced applications" aka game apps. Every time you buy something for the game, they have a cut.
