How to make a box with photos from Flickr to put on myspace or facebook?

How do you make a box with photos from Flickr to put on myspace or facebook?
I've seen people's myspace profiles have a little box with some of their flickr photos in.
I've been googling it for a long time but I haven't found how to do it.
Any suggestions would help

facebook: at this moment they do not have a special application yet but what I do is post it in my information under contact information.. it asks for a website right below e-mail and I just copied my link right into it. I also created an album with all of my photography & on occasion create a note and update my status with my flickr link.

myspace: soo much better when it comes to promoting your work.
on top it says ( after you sign in) home, mail, profile, friends, music, video then more.. drop down the more and it says myspace apps, click it

when the app gallery pops up on the far left it has a search box.. search flickr.. click on the HAPPY FLICKR, everything else is a fake.

add it then type in your flickr information and there you go
I personally love it because I have a box on my myspace which everyone can see!
