How do I get access to my emails without being blocked by a local library's URL?
It appears that "professional criminals" have hacked into their computer system and the library has blocked all email and social media activities.
What the hell is a professional criminal?
Did they get qualifications from a criminal university somewhere?

Try using a proxy server (like hidemyass) or a VPN service like HotSpot Shield to access blocked sites.
