Facebook virus through a link in a message sent from a friend?

I think I received a virus through facebook today via message in my inbox. I ran a virus scan and everything was fine, and thus far nothing is wrong with my computer. I'm just not sure if it's one of those creepy viruses that screws up your facebook profile or sends automatic messages to random friends...or something worse! Does anyone know how to be sure there's nothing wrong with my facebook or computer?? Has anyone heard of any new viruses running through facebook??

I heard about it. My mom told me and my family not to get on it because it could give ur computer a viruse and wipe out everything and cost hundreds of $$ to fix. I'm not sure how to see if ur computers ok or not. Hopefully I don't get it!!!! I'd be P.O!!
