Sorry, but not really sure what you are referring to. Do you wish to configure it so that it will sync with your email/google/twitter/facebook/linkedin... accounts? Or are you asking how to set it to work with a particular phone plan provider?

Just a quick note, if it is in regards to sync'ing, you just download the apps you want and put in your IDs and passwords for each one and choose whether you want them to auto sync (uses more battery) or to manual sync (may not know you have received a message). If in regards to setting it up for a particular provider, most of the settings you have to deal with are in the APN settings under Mobile Networks. These settings are normally given to you by your plan provider.
