1. i have recently got a text editor version 5.4 i belive and i want to use that to create a website. so i have scrapped dreamweaver becuase i dont have a licence for it. my question using text editor what type of languages can i use as i want to use PHP, Pearl, javascript & C++

2. i need a good web hosting site thats cheap for domain names and has a good data storage offers

3. can anyone give me websites that have good tutorials based on Coding & especially SQL database training for when i come to enter some scripting that i will buy from coding sites such as forums, chatboxes, gallerys etc

4. and finnally has anyone got any rough ideas on how i can make money creating a website which does not involved social networking, AD's and selling merchandise.

All of those languages can be written using just a simple text editor. The C++ will require some sort of compiler if you want to be able to run any of that code.

godaddy has decent prices. Their domain names are like $10 a year and you can get hosting for as little as $50 or $60 dollar per year with gobloads of usage limits.

w3schools.com is a good source for learning web programming.
