Prepaid cell phones with minute cards?

I have been trying to find a prepaid phone which uses pay as you go minute cards. I have been interested in the lg 840g from tracfone, but one thing, does anyone know if it will let u take pics and upload them to the internet from the phone? If not, do you know of any phone that does and also has at least some of these features:

Camera/Video camera
Mp3 player
MMS picture messseging
Touchscreen (if sensitive)
App capable (Would like ability to download a bible app to it if possible, any websites for bible app or java apps etc. would be helpful)
Moble web (4g or 3g if possible)
Multitasking
Slide out qwerty keyboard (Maybe)

If anyone has any info on this that would be helpful.
Also please note: I have checked and found out that I just can't afford an iphone or android so i am looking for answers about cheaper but sort of smart phonish type phones, for alot less price.

You should be able to upload them from your phone to your computer either by sending them in a email, using a cable or transfering them from your sd card to your computer.

If you want to send the pictures to a website like Facebook, it will be very expensive. If that is what you want to do I recommend looking into Net10 prepaid. It is a division of Tracfone that will give you more minutes for the same price.

I don't know if this phone will be able to download apps.
