Ladies, how much would you like to get paid to make a youtube video for my book?

This question is for attractive ladies. I'm an independent author of a book that caters to men's interest. My book is for sell right now on smashwords, nook, kindle and paperback. I need a woman who can attract a lot of youtube views to promote it for me. I would pay a $1 pre-copy sold from the video. For example if you make a video and it get's 100,000 views. And out of those views 25,000 go to the websites where my book can be purchased and buy. You will get $25,000 plus a bonus of $5,000 just because you helped me out. I would also give you a copy of the sales report to show how many copies have been sold. And you could make the video in the comfort of your own home, and make it the way you want to. I would have to approve it of course, and you would have to have the links to the 4 websites where my book can be bought in the description box. I've sold copies throughout America, Canada, and the UK. I've done some marketing through twitter, now I need someone who can make that high volume of sales happen for me.

The problem I'm having is finding a gal that would do this for me. I post ad's on craigslist in the talent section and I either get no response or they flake on me. My book is controversial and funny at sametime. And some turn down the offer because of the subject matter. But I've been told many turn it down or flake on me because I don't make an offer to pay upfront. I know trust is an issue, but it goes both ways. If I pay someone upfront how will I know that you won't take the money and not do it. I have every reason to pay you. You would help build my fan base, but I don't want you making a video talking about I didn't pay you, which would make me look bad from a business perspective. And as the popularity of my book grows, I want everyone to know that I'm good for doing business with. Especially if the book becomes a movie. And yes it has potential to do that along with the potential for high amounts of sales if presented to the right audience. Which is at least 7 out of 10 men and 4 out of 10 women. Oh yes women are invited to look into this book because it's informative for them as well.

So I might take this risk. I have very little that I can offer upfront. But I want to know from you how much would you want to post a video on youtube for my book. It would be so nice if I could find that lady who would trust me, and take a chance and make the video without me having to come out of my pocket upfront.
