My Facebook is messed up?

Seriously, it's really crappy.

The top tabs like Notifications, Messages, etc, they don't close. If I click on them, they just remain there. The pictures on my wall are super tiny half of the time and the comments are messed up and everything is just dsjdnbujsani.
Even the chat boxes. If I try to talk to someone, the emoticon box is always open and I can't even close it. If I type, Facebook scrolls down with every letter.

It's really annoying. Facebook works on my phone perfectly fine, but it's just my laptop. I tried logging out and logging in multiple times but the same thing happens each time. Any help?

looks like a cookie issue. try to clear you cookies and cache from your ie browser, safari, or firefox, what ever browser you use. if you are doing this on firefox make sure to clear out active sessions. it might also be javascript issues, you can try to clear the cookies then go to http://www.java.com and download the latest version then reboot.

report it to facebook and meanwhile scan your computer for any viruses and if you dont have an internet security you should try them
