why does facebook chat not work in messenger anymore?
I have messenger and facebook connected but unable to chat with anyone on facebook because it keeps signing me in and out for NO reason whatsoever. I have tried the troubleshooting but still having the same issue and it a BRAND new computer.

Help me please

Are you talking about Yahoo messenger? If yes, the service has been discontinued from Dec 14, 2012.

You probably need to start using other chat services like http://zumbl.com. I use the same, and it works quite well for me. And if you do, do type "<your-favorite-video-name>" in your chat box!
