Windows 8 or RT?
8- is full OS so NO comparison

RT IS best because Free Microsoft office re install it without disk bit locker beautiful apps in the store better than stock android apps and ios apps Such as Netflix youtube facebook alternative apps are better
more customization Themes File manager screen shots Multitasking apps start screen live tiles 2apps side by side easy to use share from anywhere pinch to view all of start screen at once cleaner more modern interface



iOS lack of customization etc
Android Fragmented updates not everything available in play store
