haha yeah you have to use malewarebytes.

http://www.malwarebytes.org/

Most likely this is blocked.

If all antivirus sites are blocked you will have to use hijackthis

http://download.cnet.com/Trend-Micro-Hij...27353.html

Scan your computer with hijackthis and then post the results on this http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html

They will tell you what to do.

boot and at the same time tap the F8 key when the options screen appears choose safemode with networking then go to Safety.Live.com that is Microsoft's online virus scanner use the full service scan...you can find manual removal instructions at precisesecurity.com or bleepingcomputer.com...Comodo.com offers a free security suite and other products to secure your computer from the makers of comodo firewall pro...Avira.com has free antivirus/antispyware and they make a great product

If you have any existing anti-virus software try running it as an administrator, that way the program can't block it as easily.

First of all, do not enter your credit card number. If you have, contact your credit card company immediately.

You can get rid of this malware without downloading anything with F-Secure's free Online Malware Scanner: http://www.f-secure.com/en_US/security/s...e-scanner/

If you were running a internet security suite, it would have probably caught this. Until you get a suite running, make sure all of your applications are up to date our PC Health Check will do that for you: http://www.f-secure.com/en_US/security/s...lth-check/
