Where can I promote my young adult ebook?
Are there any sites/blogs who will help me promote my ebook?

Yes. Your own. Start by creating your own website or author blog. If you choose to make a blog, keep it updated with posts that others will want to read. There is nothing more off-putting than an author blog that looks like one big ad. If people find your posts interesting, they're a lot more likely to consider buying your book. It's also a good way to start networking with other bloggers, which can be very helpful when it comes to the next step.

Get your book reviewed. Find sites or blogs that review books like yours. Contact the reviewer, tell them a little about your book and link back to your site and ask if they would be interested in reviewing it, in exchange for a free copy. Be prepared, a good reviewer is going to be honest about what they thought of your work. They're not necessarily going to love it.

The third step is to link to the reviews on your blog. This lets your followers know what other people are saying about your book.

Finally, let social networking be your friend. Participate in various facebook pages for eBook writers, or fans of your chosen genre. Don't constantly spam the pages with ads for your work - add posts that are genuinely fun and friendly and then mention that you just happened to write a book.

Good luck. Be aware that promoting a book is a lot of hard work and that no method is foolproof.
