Why do my friends not follow me on instagram?
I realize this is a dumb question but here i go. When I follow my friends on instagram, they don't follow me back. Are they not getting my notification? What's the deal? They're not like best friends but they are friends and I'm pretty sure they don't hate me or anything. I'm friends with them on Facebook and some are even good childhood friends and friends with my family. I'm so confused.

Sometimes I am guilty of doing the same thing on my Instagram. For some reason, I find some pleasure in seeing that I have like 200 followers but only follow like 18 people, so it probably has nothing to do with you as a person, just those people enjoying the attention.
