help? how to fix my life?
when i first started high school (im a freshman) i was an okay student. but all this pressure made me go into a deep depression. i mean i already had depression and bipolar disorder. it just got worse. i ruined my relationships with everyone. friends, family, potential boyfriends. i explored options of making me feel happier. like energy drinks, junk food, etc. i used to be one of those people who criticized potheads. i now smoke weed every day. i hang out with a bunch of potheads and most people i talk to are potheads. i took adderal today. my heartbeat was incredibly fast although i didnt experience severe symptoms. my friend passed out though. but probably because she smoke weed, took the pill, took ibuprofen, and half an acid tablet. but i feel like my life is really going down the drain. my grades a dropping like mad, my attendance is extremely poor (13 unexcused absences) i feel like if i continue on like this i will become nothing. please. help. i know this wasnt really a question but i felt like like i needed to get this out.

Is there anyway you can talk to a parent? Is there some way you could say exactly the things you have said in this post to someone who is close to you. CLEARLY, you are a very smart and bright young individual, because you have so defiantely pointed out your mistakes and the things you want to change, and your in highschool???!.!!! Some people take years and millions of dollars of therapy to figure out where they went wrong, and you have come to that brilliant conclusion in just the nick of time. Talk to your mom, dad, aunt, uncle, older sibling.....tell them where you need help and guidance, I am certain they will guide you out of this. Good luck!

If your on twitter follow me and we can talk. I haven't figured out how to IM on here so sorry about that. Anyway, one is to talk to a teacher/coach/whatever okay I know it's like what people always say. But go to someone you trust. If it were me I would go to my science teacher. He's really young(25 I think). He coaches basketball and has talked people out of suicide before. Coach TJ is just one of those people that make you laugh no matter how pissed off you are. Find someone like him. They can help you off of the drugs. At my school they have tutoring after school if you take AP classes. Almost all of my friends HAVE to stay after to understand. Ask if you can get help after school one day. If you want to be happy play sports. That is what I do and hey you may just turn out to be good. If you're tall try soccer or basketball. Strong try weightlifting or football(even if you're a girl I am too and if I can land it I'm taking weightlifting). If you are fast do track or play baseball/softball. If you wanna hit something play volleyball or tennis.
