How do I stop receiving invites to applications?

On facebook you know when someone adds apps they send out invites to their friends? Well, I have this one family friend on facebook that sends me seriously at least 6 or 7 per day (I guess she lives on facebook). I am so sick of getting invites from her and having to ignore the invite. Removing her as a friend is not an option. I know that you can choose to not get invites from certain people - HOW can you do that? I can't figure it out.

at the bottom of the app invite, in kinda small print,it will have some options,you should click on something that says ignore all invites from this friend,it might say something different,but it will be similar to that,hope this helped
