Can I install a program for windows computer onto my mac and put it on a CD?

My Windows computer isn't working right and I need to install something onto it but the only thing I got that works fine is my Mac, is it possible to install a Windows program onto a mac and burn that program onto a CD so I can put it onto my Windows?
