idk what i should do! HELP!?

Ok so last year in February I called this guy using *67 who goes to my school who I only knew of at the time. After talking with him from 1am-5:30am I got to know him really well and we were really flirty and he wanted to know who I was so I told him my initals and the kind of sports I play. I didnt want to tell him exactly who I was because he is popular and Im in the middle, so I was afraid he would think I was weird after learning who i was. Anyways, I saw him at school a lot more but never said hi because I wasn't sure if he knew that I was the one on the phone. Turns out he asked a lot of his friednds and found out who i was. I followed him on twitter and he followed back then later he tweeted to me telling me to call him. so i called him and we started talking again for hours. He had recently broken up with his gf and so he was really flirty with me and was asking what i had thought of him when I first saw him. He told me he thought i was cute, and that i was the realest girl he knew and he then said he wanted to meet me at school after one of our classes, which were near eachother. The next day, i was supposed to meet him in this hallway but I was with my friend and didnt see him there and was afraid of being late to my next class, so I left. Well, that night I instant messaged him telling him i was sorry about not waiting and he said its okay but that he actually went there and saw that I had left. Months passed and we didnt talk. I kept seeing him in the halls and we wouldnt say hi but I would always catch him staring at me and one time i was looking at him and his cheeks turned slightly red. Then out of nowhere, I saw him and his friends siting and eating their lunch while i was walking to meet my friend for lunch, i just figured it was another day where we wouldnt say hi. But, this time i heard "hey(and then my name)" i was kinda taken back by it and responded with a late "hi" kinda in a bitchy voice but i didnt mean it to sound like i was annoyed. I felt really bad but didnt want to keep calling/texting him because i felt like i was annoying him. So in the month of June, he "accidentally" buttdialed me which must of been on purpose because i hadent called him in a month so he must've saved my contact in his phone. He sounded odd like he wanted to talk to me but then he hung up, i wasnt sure if he wanted me to call back, so i didnt. In July my sister texted him on my phone and he never replied, then this past fall around november my friend texted him on my phone again without me knowing till days later, saying hey, and again he didnt respond. But the thing is i still kinda like him/care about him and really just miss him, because he was honestly the only guy i've every met that i could just be my complete self around. I am lost on what I should do since its almost been a year since we started talking. I am having a hard time forgetting and moving on from him because I honestly thought me and him were going to get together. Also, he is kinda flirty with other girls now and it makes me jealous and also think that maybe he never liked me and that that's just the way he talks to girls. I need help please!!!
