On the internet browser
go to the TOOLS tab and click-> Internet Options (the last item of the dropdown menu) ->ADVANCED (last tab)--> find BROWSING (2 nd list)-> 3rd item (disable scripting for internet browser and uncheck it.) -> click APPLY , to exit click OK.
Hope this would work.

In Opera, hit F12 then check Enable Javascript. That simple.

If the latest doesn't work, try the older ones.

Exit all internet browsers while installing and yes, rebooting after program installation is an unmentioned requirement in Windows.
