How do I create a business page on facebook?

I'm not a PHP developer and want the simplest, easiest way to create a page that looks like the page at the URL below: http://www.facebook.com/ernstandyoungcareers I keep hearing how facebook is easy to use, but I'm having trouble trying to customize a page for a business. Any help is appreciated!

You can create a group, but that appears to be a bit different than the example you have provided.

Other places you might want to create a business page - http:\\www.squidoo.com or http:\\www.hubpages.com.

you might have to add the application "Ads And Pages"

add the application
then click on it
and on the right is should say Create a Page
