Like, this person always feels the need to say "I like that person" or more often than not "I don't like that person" and I'm talking about everytime she comes in conact with anyone new. Also, she tends to say oh, she's such a b word, or she's so mean, wwith little to no explaination of why she feels this way. This person dislikes everyone who isn't sugar and spice towards her, and ALWAYS has something bad to say about someone. This person is a grown woman in her 50's.

Borderline personality disorder? It is characterised by extreme idolisation if some people or extreme hate towards another (or even the same person) it occurs when they feel abandond. It's complicated, it could be anything, she might just want to gossip or what not.

She's obviously unhappy with herself in some way. She either wants attention or is harboring something. It's that simple

I think she is annoying and has a lot of insecurity. That is why she needs to put people down or give her opinion.

Having an opinion is a cry for attention. Look at me, listen to me. You know like people who Twitter random stuff or over do it on Facebook.

Calling out another person for no reason is insecurity. She is missing something in her life. Maybe a man? A good job? Something is happening where she is not at peace with herself. That is why she has to put down others. Admitting that some stranger is nice or has things that she want would mean admitting that she does not have or cannot have those things and for some people that is a hard fact to except.
