If you remove a picture from your facebook timeline, does it also remove it from the newsfeed?
Like if you want to update you profile photo for instance?

When you remove your photo from facebook timeline, YES it is removed from news feed and everywhere. When you hide it from your timeline, it will be hidden from your timeline, but It still appears on news feed of your friends, unless you have customized to 'me only' and when you update profile picture(without removing old one), new photo will appear on your friend's news feed but old photo will remain on 'profile pictures' album of your account.
