How do you Complete the Security Check on Facebook?

Ok, so I tried to log into facebook from my friend`s phone and now it says my account was "hacked" and i don`t have any id. Please help!

never use your friend's phone - that's why it appears to facebook like someone else is accessing your account

now you have to get back to the original computer you used to create the account and verify your friends' pictures so facebook can be sure that someone else hasnt hacked your account
