On Facebook you do not "download" an application, it remains on Facebooks sever NOT your computer, so chances are 0%

When "downloading" apps to your profile you don't get it on your computer it stays within the facebook server. So you could say that you "install" apps to your profile. The only problem you might come across is that your profile at the end will get cluttered with apps, and that might slow the load time a bit (depends on your internet speed!) So there are NO viruses on facebook, just a lot of fun stuff to do do (some more intelligent than others, but i guess that's just the way it should be:-)

You don't download applications from facebook onto your pc, you download them to your profile, the only thing you may find is a lot of pop-ups.
