How to remove Facebook Virus - Time Checker?
So I had clicked something on facebook and now there are posts on my wall automatically stating how much time I have spent on Facebook. These are random numbers.
How do I get rid of this? By just changing the password?

Thanks!
EDIT_1 : Neither of them worked for me. However, I did come to know that the "app" uses JavaScript to get the password when we first click it. So, for now, I have changed the password and I am hoping that will help stop it.

Don't worry - this isn't a virus. You know when you go to an app and it says "Access my basic information/Send me email/Post to my Wall/Access posts in my News Feed/Access my data any time" ? Clicking 'Agree' or 'Allow' enables the app to post stuff on your wall or your friends'. So by clicking that, you allowed the app to post on your wall. Just disable the app from your settings and you'll be fine Smile

Good luck! x

G to privacy settings under the account tab and towards the bottom of that page you will see Apps and websites... click on that... find the name Time checker or whatever it is called and block or remove it. This should work.
