i want to take my galaxy s3 overseas and i dont want to pay an enormous bill?
im leaving to dominican republic for 2 months and i mainly want to use my phone to just take pictures and upload it on instagram and facebook i dont want to come back and have to pay alot of money on my phone bill.

1. Don't make or take calls.
2. Turn off data roaming.
3. Turn off cellular data.
4. If you have any apps that automatically uploads pictures, time to turn it off.
