Then you have to get paid hosting not the free one.
Free hosting is just someone offering you a "free" space for you to build some website, but you basically just build a free content for someone else that they use to earn money from ads they put on your site.

If you want the full control over your site, and the ability to put the ads you choose, that you can earn from, you have to get paid hosting.

I recommend one of these: http://www.hosttell.com/

Powweb has the best offer right now. It's on a 50% sale - $3.88/month ($46.56/year), and you get a free domain from them. (like http://www.yourwebsite.com)

Their hosting plan includes web builder, so you can create your site just by drag and drop (without any programming), or you could install Wordpress (easy, one click install from their control panel), choose a theme that you like, and start adding content.

You can ceate your network in a paid hosting account. once its bringing enough revenue to cover your expenses and more. hosting is so cheap nowadays.
