How do I delete my facebook page for good and permanently?
I deactivated my facebook account but it said that if I ever want to come back to it to just type in my email address and password and it will be like I never left. I want the thing to be gone 100% for good. Does anyone know how to do that? I don't want my friends to still see my picture up and think I am still on. Please help. Thank you.

You can't delete the profile completely. But you can delete all the pictures and remove the information (or put false information instead) while your account is active, you can also remove all your friends from your list. Then when you deactivate it, everything's pretty much gone.

You can't. Facebook uses it for data gathering. Search "facebook security risks" or keywords close to that.

The only thing you can do is delete everything and fill in false information such as names e-mails, phone numbers, whatever you entered. Then deactivate.

Yes you can delete it, here's how

To delete it click this link:

►►►►►►►►►►http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php...

Make sure you remove all your personal info, pictures, videos, apps, groups you joined, people you are fans of everything and change your name. Change your name to something like Minnie Mouse. Your account will be deactivated for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks of no activity it will be permanently deleted.

To change your name:
settingâ–ºaccount settingsâ–ºunder name click on "change"

Many people are leaving facebook. It's a shame how some people are treated. Wish things could always be peaches and cream but they are not at times. Sad Sad Sad!!!

you can't. once you put information on your facebook account, they'll keep it forever. My teacher had to spend two months emailing and writing letters to facebook to get them to delete her information . so don't put important information. unless you want to waste your time . >Sad

You can't delete it but you can disable your account as long as you want.
