How do you get rid of alpha antivirus for sure?

I downloaded the spyware doctor from google, and it scanned my computer and found the alpha virus, so i clicked fix it. it then scanned it and said it got rid of it. But when i went to facebook, it had the same popup website page again. i need serious help and quick.

Hello,
I just got rid of the Alpha Anti virus program last night. It is a pain in the but. I tried the spyware doctor, but it kept acting up and controlling my computer. I decided to do a system restore to fix the problem and totally wipe it from my computer.
To get to system restore I usually got to the start menu-->click on help and support--> type in system restore--> click on the question what is system restore. There should be a link that says open system restore. Choose a restore point and it should be gone.

Check proxy server in your browser and hosts file.
Unset proxy server, and clean unnecessary lines from hosts file.
You can also use malwarebytes anti-malware scanner as well.
